Where can I find my Support ID?
Troubleshooting is an important part of software development. That's why we want to offer you the best technical support. Errors, events and detailed usage data are identified using a support ID. When you report a problem, we may ask you for this support ID in order to be able to analyse your issue.
1. Open User settings
2. Select Support & Troubleshooting
✓ You can now allow the app to collect usage data and error reports and also find your personal support ID.
