How to Purchase Starter Plan in Tapkey Online Shop

The Starter Plan differs depending on the number of smartphone users to whom you can grant access authorization. You can give a smartphone user access to one or more locking devices.

In order for us to activate your plan size in the shop, we need the email address of the Tapkey owner account and the activation date (from when should your plan size be activated). Your account must already exist at the time of activation and have at least one lock activated on it. If this is not the case, then register in advance.

Here is an overview of the plan sizes that you can purchase in the shop. Additionally, you can also choose between license fees for 24 or 36 months there. Please note that these plans need to be activated manually and hence, do not appear in the account immediately.*Displayed prices include 20% tax.
